Shachi has over 25 years of experience in multinationals and large Indian conglomerates. She has been a successful HR Leader in the Technology and Professional Services industry, having a deep understanding of Diversity, Equity Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), HR operations and business strategy.
As a leader, she has successfully developed strategies for Indian and Multinational organizations on DEIB that were centered around their business goals and environments. She brings a practical and data-driven approach to making progress in DEIB, holding the leadership accountable and showcasing progress, while utilizing interactive engagement to drive change.
Shachi is currently engaged as a consultant with Sisa Consulting, providing expertise across the entire gamut of HR. Her past engagements include being an Executive Director at Catalyst India WRC, a Partner at Interweave, Global D&I Head at Infosys, and being a HR leader at Infosys BPO, Wipro, and Microland.
Her areas of expertise include DEIB consulting, women leadership development programs, and mentoring, coaching women in mid management positions. She also facilitates workshops on topics like inclusive leadership, mentoring, sponsorship, unconscious bias, gender sensitization & communication skills for leaders. She has helped organizations design and develop HR competency frameworks, policies, and processes.
Shachi is a speaker at various forums conducted by The National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the UNDP, among others. Her consulting engagements have included strategic alignment, change readiness, and organizational transformation.
