She specialises in finding senior talent for software vendors and consulting firms all over the World as she comes from that very industry having worked in Enterprise Software Sales. She was the second person to join and build the UK Channel market for Appsense from scratch. Appsense was later acquired by LanDesk and then Ivanti.
Natalie has an exceptional network in the industry, which combined with her skills to proactively search and tap into passive talent, help in finding ‘the best people that are not in the market’. She has placed senior talent in Enterprise sales and Presales through from senior Individual contributors to Directors and VPs, across all areas of the business on almost every continent. She is also experienced in C-Suite level placements.
