Tülay is a senior recruiter with close to a decade of experience in Recruitment, working with leading global clients across APAC and EMEA. Tülay worked in Sales for the security industry before entering Recruitment, where her focus has been on mid to senior level placements in the Technology industry, centred on commercial and tech roles across APAC.
Prior to joining 1-finity in February 2021, Tülay worked as Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Adecco Group, responsible for a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and before that, was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Badenoch + Clark covering Northern Europe.
Tülay graduated with a double degree from Bilkent University and Stockholm University with a BA in International Relations and BA in Multimedia – Pedagogy. She is also certified in Hogan Assessment Systems and Assessio (personality inventory tests), which assist in her commitment to match the best candidates with the right organisational culture.
