Rhica is a native of Japan and started her career in the hospitality industry where she worked for 5 years before moving into recruitment in 2016, all in Tokyo. She has spent the last 7 years recruiting for mid to senior-level searches in Japan. Her searches have spanned across the IT, Finance, Consumer, and Pharmaceutical industries. Having started in the hospitality industry, she has developed a customer-centric approach and passion for excellence which is reflected in her work in Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining 1-finity Consulting, she worked as a talent scout for several reputed Tokyo-based recruitment agencies. Having gained experience across diverse sectors, she now thrives as a senior consultant focusing on the Technology sector. Natalie Thompson
Natalie Thompson has been an Executive Search Consultant for the past decade and a half. She specialises in finding senior talent for software vendors and consulting firms all over the World as she comes from that very industry having worked in Enterprise Software Sales. She was the second person to join and build the UK Channel market for Appsense from scratch. Appsense was later acquired by LanDesk and then Ivanti. Andrew Kendall
Andrew is a senior executive recruiter with over two decades of experience in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining 1-finity Andrew led the Global Talent Acquisition function at Blue Prism, leading it through the acquisition and transition by SS&C. Before joining Blue Prism, Andrew worked closely with the Workday APJ leadership team and their President as their TA executive focusing initially to help rebuild the GTM team across the region before moving into leading the International Executive Hiring function outside of the US where he was responsible for all the full suite of talent acquisition initiatives through a tremendous period of growth and change for the organisation. Over the 18 months from early 2021 to mid 2022, Andrew’s team hired in excess of 750 new joiners at Blue Prism with a key focus on Product/Engineering and GTM hiring. His key areas of responsibility included building targeted hiring plans across all levels and functions. Andrew’s team built the first graduate and intern program across all regions at Blue Prism with a key focus on diverse hires. Zubin Shroff
Zubin has lived in Singapore since 1992. He has been in the profession of identifying top talent across the JAPAC region for well over two and a half decades. Having a degree in Accounting and a diploma in software development, Zubin worked in IT sales for the early part of his career before moving into recruitment in 1998. As an experienced talent acquisition professional, Zubin has led or participated in over 800 searches and conducted over 8000 interviews as part of that process over the past two and a half decades. These searches have comprised some of the most senior levels (CXOs, VPs and MDs) all the way down to first line managers or strategic individual contributors. He has success rate of over 90%! That in his definition is the number of hires who have not only performed successfully in the roles they were hired for but have stayed and grown to significant levels within the organization over a period. This is considered high because most external hires are typically made to address challenges. Throughout his career, Zubin has worked for companies such as Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Citrix and EMC (now DELLEMC). On the agency side, Zubin started with Job Access (part of the Executive Access group) in 1998. He set up his own recruiting business TMG in 2005 before joining Braithwaite Steiner Pretty (now Odgers Berndtson), one of the leading executive search firms in APAC, in 2009. Other than the technology giants he has worked for directly, his clients have ranged from some of the biggest names in Tech with revenues in the 10s of billions of dollars to the small and nimble technology start-ups.
